Return/Cancellation

There will be 30% penalty of the total sales amount for any cancellation.

Returns must be reported within 7 days from your receipt. Returns must be approved and have acquired RMA prior to return. All returns must be received at our facility within 14 days of RMA approval.
There's NO refund and NO exchange allowed for purchases.

Returns, excluding manufacturing defects and errors in shipping, are NOT accepted. Shipping and handling fees are NOT refundable.

Returns received passed 15 days from the approval date will be credited less 30% disposal/restocking fee.

Shipping Policy

W&M Shoes strive for excellence and accuracy on each and every shipping.

Merchandise will be shipped through various methods and means of carrier. All merchandises shipped are subject to carrier¡¯s standards and regulations and delivery limitations. W&M Shoes makes every effort to ship all orders within 2 days of purchase. Delivery arrival time may vary depending on your location.

NOTICE: Merchandise will NOT be shipped until payment is made in full.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges on orders are estimates. We will charge you the actual shipping charge at the time of departure from our warehouse.

International Orders/Shipping:
For International orders, shipping will vary depending on country, size of box, and weight. We will inform you of the shipping charges. W&M Shoes is not responsible for any VAT/Custom Duties and/or Import Tariffs required by the receiver's country. International Orders may be subject to VAT/Custom Duties, Tariffs and/or Taxes by the destination country.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

wm-shoes.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
